Shipping:
The majority of our
products ship via FedEx from our warehouse in Beaverton, Oregon. For
all products shipping from Beaverton you have the option of shipping on
your FedEx account. UPS; We are happy
to ship non-rush orders from Beaverton, Oregon on your UPS account. We
do not have regular UPS service and therefore ask that you make
arrangements with UPS to pick up the goods in Beaverton.
We also work with a number of vendors who ship via FedEx and/or UPS. Some vendors allow us
to ship on your account number some do not. Please contact us if you
have a question.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Additional freight charges may be incurred as follows:
Shipping cost is based on shipping to a business as determined by
FedEx Home based businesses, Churches and Schools are generally
considered residences by FedEx and could incur additional freight
charges. Shipment to a residential address as determined by FedEx add US$90.00
Shipment to Alberta, Manitoba Saskatchewan add $US100.00 to
cover additional FedEx shipping costs. Unfortunately, the on-line freight quote system is not flexible enough
to build in these fees based on your address. We also require a credit card to be on file to cover potential
non-payment of customs, duties and related fees. FedEx will bill you for custom's, duties and related fees. In the event
you do not pay these fees, FedEx will charge us and we will bill the credit card on file.
