How
to submit print-ready files to Display Star
You can submit your files by FTP, or mail them on a CD or DVD. Due to
server space restrictions, please mail files larger than 500 mb to:

Step 1
- Create a separate text file that includes the following information:
Company name:
Contact name:
Contact email:
Contact phone number:
Project Deadline:

- Connect to the FTP server using one of the 4 methods below and enter
the username and password:

Connect via our Web-based FTP program (PC using any
browser/Mac using Safari): Click the link or type the address into your browser
http://displaystar.ftpww.com/uftp/ Click "connect" and enter the
username and password. (This FTP program requires a Java plug-in.
Use one of the other methods if you're experiencing issues.)

Connect via browser (PC using Internet Explorer):
Go to
ftp://displaystar.ftpww.com and enter the username and password.
(If you're using IE 7, go to the address, then click "page" in the
top right hand corner of the screen and choose "open ftp site in
Windows Explorer." Re-enter the username and password.)

MAC or PC using a third party ftp program:
Connect to displaystar.ftpww.com and enter the username and
password.

Connect natively on a Mac:
On the Finder menu
choose "go" and click connect to server. Enter the address
ftp://displaystar.ftpww.com then enter the username and
password.

- Create a folder in the graphic_uploads directory using your company
name. Drag or paste your art files and text file into your directory.
Step 4 - Once the transfer has completed, please call
866.864.2831 or email
submit@displaystar.com to let us know.
Once you contact us, we'll download your art, and then let you know if
it's approved for print or if revisions need to be made.
