The spring loaded base flexes in all directions and with fiberglass arms this system deflects up to 80% of the wind load off the banner. Cast aluminum base will not rust and the unique design means it will fit square, round, or multi-sided poles. With proper installation and maintenance this system is designed to handle up to a 20sqft banner in most weather conditions.
