I'll admit that I was skeptical purchasing a product like this online without knowing the quality of the hardware and at such a low price! After speaking with two very helpful customer service reps I was assured of the great quality and I completely agree! The fabric is exactly what I was looking for and the hardware is very sturdy. The print is perfect and the whole ordering process was extremely quick and simple. I had the banner within 10 days of ordering!
